• Dedicated Servers — Each customer gets their own isolated server
• Encryption in Transit — All connections use TLS 1.3
• Encryption at Rest — Server disks are encrypted
• Daily Backups — Encrypted and stored in German data centers
• No Shared Hosting — Your data is never co-located with others

📄 Data Processing Agreement

We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA / Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) to all customers who need one.

🗑️ Data Deletion

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your server stays active until the billing period ends
• All data is permanently deleted within 7 days after
• We send a goodbye email confirming deletion
• Payment records retained for tax compliance (6 years)
